PROTWIN
PROTWIN focuses on strengthening Europe’s capacity to develop, test, and scale innovative protein solutions. The project brings together leading research organisations, industry partners, and stakeholders to co‑create new approaches for sustainable protein production and use. It assess technological, environmental, economic, and social dimensions, and identify what is needed to accelerate the transition toward more resilient and diversified protein systems.
The goal is to build a trusted, evidence‑based knowledge base that supports decision‑makers, innovators, and practitioners in advancing sustainable protein value chains across Europe.
