Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Donaustadt, Vienna, GOLEM Integrated Microelectronics Solutions GmbH specializes in innovative solutions in microelectronics, system integration, and advanced ICT for performance management. Originally focused on distributing microelectronic components, the company has collaborated with major corporations and organizations, including Texas Instruments and Siemens AG, and has partnered with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to develop software solutions like the Pharos Navigator® suite for sustainable industrial management. GOLEM is actively involved in various Horizon Europe projects, integrating IoT, AI, and big data into intelligent digital twin solutions to promote sustainable management across diverse sectors.

In the PROTEIN4IMPACT project, GOLEM closely collaborate with IMC to establish a comprehensive computational tool for rapid prototyping of digital twins for industrial protein production simulation, leveraging the Pharos Navigator® suite. They run project experiments in the cloud, enhancing the consortium’s technological capabilities and supporting sustainable management practices.
